Application & Stable Booking

Before proceeding please ensure you have the following information/documents at hand:

  • Identification document (such as Drivers Licence or Proof of age card)

  • Age of horse

  • Photo of the horse (front, side & and distinguishing brands)

  • Copy of current EA Membership or Personal Riding Accident and Public Liability Policy, including $20 million public liability cover

  • Applicant head shot photo (we may already have a photo of existing clients on file - please check with CPEC Management)

  • If you are leasing the horse, then you will be required to upload a copy of your current executed lease

  • If you are the horse owner, we may request a copy of proof of ownership as part of this booking process

We will advise you of the outcome of your booking in due course. The standard turnaround is between 3 & 5 business days for a response.


Additionally you'll receive an email requesting completion of the following documents. Please do not complete these until you receive a response confirming your booking has been successfull.

  • Code of Conduct Acknowledgement

  • Declaration of Animal Health

  • Participant Nomination Form

  • Parking Permit Application

Identification

We require proof of identification, as bookings can only be made by persons over the age of 18.

Acceptable forms of identifcation are:

  • A driver or rider licence or permit issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country

  • A NSW Digital Driver Licence

  • Australian or other passport

  • NSW Photo card

  • Proof of age card issued by a public authority of the Commonwealth or of another State or Territory for the purpose of attesting to a person's identity and age

  • Keypass (over-18) identity card issued by Australia Post.

Tack & livery

If using an onsite Livery Provider for Full Board you may not require this.
Licenced Livery Providers operate onsite and provide services at the Applicants cost and are not included within your booking fees.

Bond

  • A bond equivalent to one month’s fee for all hired areas/stables booked is payable prior to arrival.

  • Casual/overnight bookings - a bond based on your period of stay will apply - please contact the office for confimation of the amount.

  • Bonds will be refunded following satisfactory inspection of the Hired Areas at the end of the occupation period and when all accounts have been paid in full.

  • The cost for any cleaning and repairs required (other than normal wear and tear) will be deducted from the Bond.


Veterinarian

Only used in the case of an emergency.

If no Veterinarian is nominated – the on-site Licenced Veterinarian will be allocated – at the Applicant’s cost.
