Restricted parking exemption application

Restricted parking exemptions only apply with the display of a valid parking permit, which can be collected from the CPEC Office. Fines may apply if permits are not clearly visible. All participants must complete and sign this form prior to receiving a parking permit as acknowledgement of having read and understood the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Permit only valid during the Centre’s operating hours

  • Permit does not allow overnight parking

  • Permit only valid while holder is physically onsite and actively engaged in equine activity

  • Permit holder must not park in a reserved numbered bay within the restricted parking area

  • Permit must be displayed on your dashboard and be clearly visible from outside the vehicle 

  • Duplicate and or photocopied permits will not be accepted

  • Fraudulent use of the permit may result in cancellation of all permits issued to the permit holder 

  • Permit not valid for any type of horse truck or float 

  • Permit not valid for any account that is not financial

  • Permit must be returned when a booking has been cancelled or terminated

  • Lost/damaged permits must be reported and may be replaced - fees apply 


The permit reported lost/stolen will now be cancelled and is no longer valid. Any ongoing use of this permit may result in fines.




Acknowledgement

I the undersigned hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the parking terms and conditions within the Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre and I agree to abide by these conditions.

I the undersigned hereby declare that my parking permit has been lost and that if found I will return it to Centre Management.

Should I use the old parking permit, I acknowledge that I may be fined. I hereby agree to the terms and conditions for the replacement permit.
