Restricted parking exemption application

Restricted parking exemptions only apply with the display of a valid parking permit, which can be collected from the CPEC Office. Fines may apply if permits are not clearly visible. All participants must complete and sign this form prior to receiving a parking permit as acknowledgement of having read and understood the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Permits are only valid during the Centre’s operation hours

  • Permit does not allow overnight parking

  • Permit holder must not park in a reserved numbered bay within the restricted parking area

  • Permits must be displayed on dashboard and be clearly visible from outside of the vehicle or fines may apply

  • Lost/damaged permits must be reported and may be replaced - fees apply for replacement permit

  • Duplicate and or photocopy permits will not be accepted

  • Fraudulent use of the permit may result in cancellation of all permits issued to permit holder without replacement. (Fines may apply)

  • Permit not valid for any type of horse truck/float or trailer.

The permit reported lost/stolen will now be cancelled and is no longer valid. Any ongoing use of this permit may result in fines.
