Application to ride your horse in Centennial Parklands

To complete this application you must 18 or over.

If you require access to the Equestrian Centre please complete the Application and Stable Booking Form instead.


Before proceeding please ensure you have the following information/documents at hand:

  • Identification document (such as Drivers Licence or Proof of age card)

  • Age of horse

  • Copy of current EA Membership or Personal Riding Accident and Public Liability Policy, including $20 million public liability cover

  • Applicant head shot photo (we may already have a photo of existing clients on file - please check with CPEC Management) 


We will advise you of the outcome of your booking in due course.

Additionally you will receive an email requesting completion of the following documents if your booking is accepted:

  • Code of Conduct Acknowledgement

  • Declaration of Animal Health

  • Participant Nomination Form (if someone other than the applicant will be riding or handling the horse)

  • The current scheduled fee to utilise Centennial Parklands for one day is $73.00

  • This fee is non refundable should you not proceed

  • You will receive a call from the office for pre-payment of your fee

Identification

We require proof of identification, as bookings can only be made by persons over the age of 18.

Acceptable forms of identifcation are:

  • A driver or rider licence or permit issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country

  • A NSW Digital Driver Licence

  • Australian or other passport

  • NSW Photo card

  • Proof of age card issued by a public authority of the Commonwealth or of another State or Territory for the purpose of attesting to a person's identity and age

  • Keypass (over-18) identity card issued by Australia Post.

Insurance details

The applicant must be a member of Equestrian Australia or hold a Personal Riding Accident and Public Liability Insurance Policy with minimum $20 million coverage.
